Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used to protect your data.
8. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries: typically up to 12 months after last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records (if you become a client): retained for legal and tax record-keeping purposes (often up to 6 years).
